Our mission is to take back ownership of the Interior Design process by offering high-quality design with transparent business practices giving Clients access to experienced Interior Designers, Architects, & Decorators through our collaborative platform. Currently, we are a corporation operating on a not-for-profit model where all membership fees go right back into promoting our platform and Designers.

Gala Magriñá | President

Gala Magriñá is the principal and founder of Gala Magriñá Design, a commercial and residential interior design agency with a focus on modern holistic interior design.

“I never would have imagined that from the fall of Homepolish, which adversely affected so many Designers, Clients, and Vendors, that something so positive and wonderful could come from it. Months later I am so proud of what we have built. Our intention for Interior Collab is to create a platform where Clients can find Designers and create a community where we can share resources and come together because together we are stronger. Claire Hung | Vice President

Claire Hung, is the Principal of her eponymous design firm, Claire Hung Design. She holds a degree in Architecture from UC Berkeley & has been in the industry since 2003.

“When you’ve been in the industry for nearly two decades, you get a sense of what could change for the better. Thankfully technology has paved the way to allow designers from all backgrounds to get exposure to Clients at all levels. Interior Collab encapsulates this idea - that finding & working with a Designer can be a democratic process, and that through community we can support one another as entrepreneurs.”

Ahmad AbouZanat, Founder of PROJECT AZ in NY brings international work experience for over 14 years.

“The first time we met in person wasn’t for Designer’s happy hour or a work/social event, it was to discuss the fall of Homepolish and how it’s going to affect us, our businesses, and our lives. The conversation quickly turned to what can we do to provide a community and safe space for attending Designers and young up-and-coming talents. Interior Collab’s ongoing mission is to bring the community of Designers together and support each other.”

Hope Scully | Creative & Website

Hope Scully, an NCIDQ certified Interior Designer, is Principal of HHS Interior Design Associates. She received a Master’s Degree in Interior Architecture from The Pratt Institute in Brooklyn and brings over a decade of design and architecture experience to a wide range of clients.

“I had worked side by side with these talented and dynamic designers for several years under the former Homepolish umbrella and didn’t even know it. As we came out of the ashes of that experience, our Founding Members all shared the same question - Couldn’t we build something better together? Designers support ing each other, not investors capitalizing on our talents for the sake of shareholders. With Interior Collab, organically and collaboratively, we are building something meaningful that will benefit so many designers, their clients, and the industry as a whole.⁠”

Gianna Marzella | PR & Magazine

Gianna Marzella, principal and founder of Gia Mar Interiors, holds a BA majoring in Psychology from The University at Albany and BFA majoring in Interior Design from Inter-Dec College in Montreal. Gianna specializes in Residential and Hospitality design. She creates inspiring spaces to serve everyday life.

“My favorite aspect of Interior Collab is the community we are creating. It has been so empowering to come together as a group of like-minded creatives to share ideas and resources and support one another as we each form our individual paths. I’m so excited about the prospect of joining together to push forward our agenda of designers for designers, bringing insight to the end-user through newsletters and other means of sharing our knowledge and skills, and also giving back to our community. While we already do this on an individual basis, I believe we can be more impactful when we unite. I look forward to the next steps of this journey with my newfound colleagues and friends!”
